This privacy notice explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information provided through our website and apps, your rights under UK data protection law and how to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Who we are

ALBRS Ltd is the data controller for the services and apps we offer, which means we are responsible for how your personal data is used and managed in these services. This includes any data we process or store directly, as well as any processing carried out on our behalf by organisations we work with (sub-processors).

Privacy first

The RUSHES app is designed to let you overlay your workout, exercise and fitness data on your videos, which can later be shared with friends on social media platforms.

With your consent, our app processes a subset of your exercise and fitness data stored by Apple’s HealthKit. This processing also takes place securely on your iOS device. Data from HealthKit is never shared with us or our sub-processors.

We only process your chosen videos securely on your iOS device. Your media is never shared with us or our sub-processors.

When you use the app, or make a purchase, we collect and store anonymised data that helps us understand how you use it so we can improve it for everyone.

All third parties that process personal data on our behalf are required to keep that data secure.

We do not design or promote services for children who are 13 years of age or younger, and we do not intentionally collect or keep data about anyone under the age of 13.
